[Systems] socialhelp.sugarlabs.org certificate invalid, mail lost

Discovered during IRC conversation just now;

use-socialhelp.sugarlabs.org is the URL used by Sugar, and the
"Unacceptable TLS certificate" continues to occur.

Changing it to socialhelp.sugarlabs.org in My Settings works around
the problem, which shows the certificate problem is now unique to
use-socialhelp ... but gives an "Oops! That page doesn't exist or is
private", presumably because the URL rewriting is skipped.

Please CC me on any reply; nothing seen in response to my post below.
