[Systems] Sugar3 doc rebuilder

Hi James,

Right now I believe there is a script in the sugar3 repository to make
the docs.

Then you can just rsync it to freedom.  The nginx config says it is the
folder /home/sam/sugar3-doc/ - just have a look around there.

If you don't have access, I can probably give it to you or just send me
a tarball.
