[Systems] ASLO source code

I have applied some fixes lately but never pushed back to repo. Last commit
is from 2013.

aslo:/srv/www-sugarlabs/activities# git remote -v
origin git://git.sugarlabs.org/slo-activities/mainline.git (fetch)
origin git://git.sugarlabs.org/slo-activities/mainline.git (push)

Site is written in cake PHP. I agree that we should move site to GH. I'll
push my last changes and If people are agree, I can start a new repo at GH.
