[Systems] Wiki upgrade

Hi all,

I have upgraded our mediawiki to the last version (1.26.2). I also had to
update the VisualEditor plugin to the last version because it just stopped
working with the previous one.

Please, if you find something broken just let me know. Some plugins could
also need an upgrade.
