[Systems] Wiki spam attack.

 I just blocked four or five newly created wiki users that were
spammers.  I also deleted their "contributions".

Would someone (maybe FGrose) like to look into how these accounts got
created and how they defeated our usual protections against such
mischief?

If no one else wants to step up, I'll take a further look at some
point, but it would be best to figure out the root cause allowing this
to happen and shut it down rather than fight it user-by-user and
attack-by-attack.
