[Systems] SugarLabs.org Host Updating

Hi Dave,

I added a webhook now.  It will automatically rebuild the site on a 
github push event.  The webhook url is 
"https://hook.sugarlabs.org/www.sugarlabs.org" if you ever need to 
trigger it manually.
