[Systems] SugarLabs.org Host Updating

Hi

Some improvements were made to the www-sugar master branch but are not live
yet.

I suggested a while ago to move the hosting of www.sugarlabs.org to github,
so that updates were instant and we no longer have to think about hosting
the website.

Who has access to either (a) the website's host server and can enable my
access to get the website updated and (b) the dns records so we can host
the website on github pages? :)

(Samson is keen to see the www-sugar master go live so that the Facebook
page can be authenticated :)
