[Systems] Disk space on freedom

Hi,

Just a note to claim a couple of these:

* every now and then I use /replicator/ to build Hexoquinasa images. The
rest of the time I shut it off.

* /vote/ is a vm for voting software for membership and election
committee. It's off when not in use.

If it's not too much trouble to keep them around.
