Oops. I had to fix several little issues due to the tighter access
controls introduced in 14.04 and Apache being stricter about
configuration parsing in general.

So I set AllowOverride to "Indexes FileInfo Limit". Is it enough? If you
need All we can do it of course. Just following the philosophy of having
the minimum security exposure that gets the job done.
