Awesome.  Version 2.8 of Pootle has been released containing the new
pootle_fs features that hopefully plays the role other code used to
perform in managing Pootle-repo hooks.  A path to an upgrade with
re-integration to repos (this time github) will need to be plotted to
recover the lost Pootle-repo integration that helps so much to
simplify closing the i18n/L10n loop..
