[Systems] walterbender.org is down

Hi Walter,

I was checking the domains with a Wordpress instance. Apparently,
walterbender.org, blog.olenepal.org and www.olenepal.org are the only ones.
As you can see, the other sites are working.

I did not change any settings in apache, but not sure if someone else has
changed something.

I will try to figure out what is going on with your site.
