The raw value for temp is between 23 and 27 and there are no errors on all
4 drives, so I think everything is Ok. (dmesg looks clean too)

About the normalized values, this might help (I didn't knew either): I came
across this:

But values seem to be normalized from 0 BAD to 253 Good, I don't know if
I'd rather prefer to have the raw values :)
