[Systems] GHOST - Sunjammer Apache2 stopped

Hi Bernie,

Apache2 is down on Sunjammer, probably because of GHOST.  I have run a
checker and it seams that sunjammer has been patched, but I'm not sure if
there is still a reason that apache2 is down.

Can it be started again?
