[Systems] Changes not being reflected at sugarlabs webserver.

Hey Basanta,

I just had a look, and they copy I was able to download was exactly the
same as the copy available on the server.

Can you send the hash of the original file?  Just run this in your (linux)
terminal:

    sha512sum path/to/project/ole_program_districtsCS3.swf
