I updated our ancient TODO list to close a couple of done items and add
the things I feel are important:

Icarito has stepped up to maintain Pootle, is that right? If so, we can
strike it off the list of orphaned services. Do we have any other
services in search of a caretaker? I feel that the Planet could use a
facelift.

Anyway, please review the list and add anything you think should be on
it. Maybe also watch the page for future edits.
