[Systems] Justice is down

While I was there, I ran all the pending updates on both freedom and
justice and uninstalled a lot of old kernels (apt-get autoremove --purge).

The setup on the kvm hosts is such that only security updates get
autoinstalled, and all other updates must be performed manually to
minimize the chance of something breaking without anybody noticing.
