[Systems] newpootle backups failing

While I was cleaning up various cron failures, I noticed that freedom
was unable to backup newpootle because the backup key was not installed.

This means we ran the risk of loosing all data stored on newpootle for
several months. Please monitor backups to make sure they work correctly.

Also, I'm no longer sure who is the current maintainer of the service. I
remember that Tincho worked on the new installation, but too many people
were involved and I honestly lost track. Please update the machine and
service pages in the wiki with the names of the current maintainers:
