[Systems] Decommissioning bender.sugarlabs.org

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone still needs bender.sugarlabs.org, an very old
server hosted by my former company Develer. All it's doing is running a
qemu instance of Fedora 20 on arm. Is this still used for builds?

The OS is tragically outdated and I'm worried it might become a security
concern. Besides, it's a waste of rackspace and electricity. If nobody
has objections, I'll thank the Develer sysadmins for taking good care of
bender for so many years, and ask them to power it off for good <sigh>.
