[Systems] [IAEP] laptop.org listservers dead?

I haven't followed the lists.laptop.org restoration, but in case there
are hardware issues, I'd like to remind everyone that SL has server
capacity to spare.

Hosting virtual domains in mailman is easy, and we already do it. If
you'd rather keep lists.laptop.org on a separate VM with separate
admins, that's also possible... as long as you bring the sysadmins :-)

In summary: I'm sure people are hard working hard to restore
lists.laptop.org, but maybe we can give a hand.
