[Systems] [IAEP] laptop.org listservers dead?

I propose that we mirror olpc-sur list as it is vital for any Sugar 
Labs undertaking in Latinamerica.

I defer to you as to how to go about it without as smoothly as possible.

We would need a backup of the subscriber's list and perhaps some kind 
of permission?

Please help.
