[Systems] Missing wiki directories?

See the red text error messages on this page,

http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:HTMLets
explains that there should be a $IP/htmlets directory for the .html files.
I couldn't find that directory in /srv/www-sugarlabs/wiki/ .

2.)
The widget namespace on the wiki seems to be missing.
