You are indeed correct:

<esinlayo at gmail.com>: host

said: 550-5.7.1 [2002:1255:2c45::1 16] Our system has detected that
this message 550-5.7.1 does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines
regarding PTR
records and 550-5.7.1 authentication. Please review 550-5.7.1

5.7.1 information. ik6si7322875qab.177 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA
    command)

We can fix this either by disabling IPv6 on jita (the easy way), or by
fixing jita's PTR record for the 6to4 IP (the proper way).

Adding a PTR record for a 6to4 address should be straightforward, I've
done it years ago: just visit https://6to4.nro.net/ from Jita's IPv6
address and post an html form to associate it with jita.sugarlabs.org.

Sai, thanks for reporting this and for your patience.
