[Systems] power outage @ medialab

parts of sugarlabs and all treehouse infrastructure suffered an unexpected
downtime
(all server located in the medialab)

the power outage started at 0:40 and ended 2:50 etc
downtime of more then 2 hours for all services running from this location

freedom and justice returned back automatically
housetree needed like last time remote manual intervention

superficial research confirmed all production critical VMs booted
automatically
the same is for most of the services
