Thanks for the report.

After some investigation, I found an issue: the glue record for
ns1.sugarlabs.org was missing. I tried to add it with Gandi's web
interface, but I got an error because it supposedly already exists with
a different IP (although it's invisible).

I opened a support ticket and I'm waiting for Gandi's response.
