[Systems] Weirdness with git.sugarlabs.org permissions

I have three clones with the same name:

http://git.sugarlabs.org/~dnarvaez/sugar-build/html
http://git.sugarlabs.org/~dnarvaez/sugar/html
http://git.sugarlabs.org/~dnarvaez/sugar-toolkit-gtk3/html

If I try to add a commiter to, for example, sugar-build it goes to

http://git.sugarlabs.org/~dnarvaez/sugar-build/html/committerships/new

And then to

http://git.sugarlabs.org/~dnarvaez/html/committerships

(note it's /html, not /sugar-build/html)

There it fails fails because "Committer is already commiter of this
repository", supposedly because I already added the committer to one
of the other repos.
