[Systems] Bender network setup

Hello,

bender is now up and running but I have not been able to get network
to work for the guests. I don't need globally accessible ip for the
guests so the libvirt default network should really work. virbr0 looks
fine and dnsmasq is running, there is an ubuntu guest installation
running (and failing on dhcp) if you want to test.

Ideas welcome, I'm not a network setup guru :) tun6to4 would be unused
btw, maybe we should remove it.
