Probably. That's what was there before I took over buildbot
maintenance. I'm ccing Sasha, so he can confirm if it can be deleted.

I don't think I can control verbosity (it shouldn't be too bad unless
there are issues anyway), but I configured it to rotate. max 10 logs,
10 mb each.
