[Systems] Wildcard certificate installed

I've installed the new SSL certificate for *.sugarlabs.org signed by
Gandi on Sunjammer and configured several virtual hosts to use it in
place of the disparate CAcert and StartSSL certificates.

To cleamnup our Apache config, I've moved all the SSL boilerplaete to a
common include file: /etc/apache2/sites-available/ssl-common.inc
