[Systems] Spam on cl.sugarlabs.org

Hi guys,
For what it's worth, I've invested some time removing spam and blocking 
users from the pe.sugarlabs.org wiki:
http://pe.sugarlabs.org/go/Especial:CambiosRecientes

It might be too little, too late, but I wrote a couple of python scripts 
for bulk operations:

https://git.sugarlabs.org/somosazucar/spamblaster
spamblaster.py will display batches of 500 "lonely" pages and ask for 
confirmation to delete them
lonely pages are ones that are not linked from any other pages in the wiki
spammer_blocker.py will display batches of 50 users and ask which are 
legit, block the rest

Note you need to edit the files to put your wiki host, username and 
password.

Maybe for the current state of all 4 local labs wikis, a "start anew" 
strategy will be better, but I thought I'd post these just in case they 
are useful for cleaning up less severily spammed wikis.
