[Systems] sh process eating 100% cpu on newpootle

Hello Aneesh,

I found that newpootle was burning 100% cpu due to a process called
simply 'sh', owned by www-data.

Initially I suspected someone had broken in, but after investigating it
more I got convinced that this is just a bug in Pootle when spawning
some script. I've now killed the errant process, but please keep an eye
on the machine and try to figure out what's triggering it.
