Bernie, can you open a ticket in parallel as well from your own account
that also reports this?

Two tickets from two different accounts might help.  Thanks.  I've just
opened one from Conservancy's account now.  Here's the URL to open the

There's no way to do that I'm aware of.

Besides, we've already paid for this certificate.  Is there some
evidence that indicates paying for it again will produce a different
outcome?
