[Systems] DNS change request

Hi Bernie, Infrastructure team,
A good friend just sponsored a VM for the SomosAzucar team.
I would like to request the addition of the following subdomains into
our DNS records:
	pad.somosazucar.org
	chat.somosazucar.org
	grupos.somosazucar.org (and its respective MX record)
	hexoquinasa.somosazucar.org
All pointing to the folloing IP address:
	94.23.167.221
Once some of these services are online I expect to document them in the
Infrastructure Team's wiki section and will appreciate help in
setting up some automatic backups.
