I can easily read Spanish, but my written English is probably clearer
than my poor Spanish.

First of all, please follow these instructions to file a shell account
request:

 http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Service/Account#Shell_account

If you prefer to install Drupal yourself, we could create an empty mysql
database and an empty directory. Otherwise, let us know what minimum
version you require and we'll do the initial setup.
