As discussed over XMPP, the problem is that given the following config
line in /etc/munin/munin.conf:

contact.logs.command mail -s "${var:host}: Munin alert"
systems-logs at lists.sugarlabs.org

the code that parses that seems to ignore the quotes and ends up
e-mailing alert at sl , munin at sl and systems-logs at lists.sl.o. 

I am checking if it is actually a parser error or the syntax for that 
config key changed.
