I see that wiki-devel is already at MediaWiki 1.18.0beta1
(r102147)<http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/branches/REL1_18/phase3/?pathrev=102147>

Iain (Inkyfingers) and I should save our pages under construction there to
temporary subpages in our User pages at wiki.sugarlabs.org, so that the
page database for wiki-devel can be synced with wiki, and we can proceed to
test and tune the new features at wiki-devel.

We'll clear the 'Under construction' flags when we are prepared for a sync.
