It is composed of pages including this template,

wiki-devel <http://wiki-devel.sugarlabs.org> and
wiki-testing<http://wiki-testing.sugarlabs.org> share
the same page database,
but have separate server configurations.

MediaWiki 1.18 looks to be a significant update,
