Hello,

have I spoken with you regarding cl.sugarlabs.org being slow? Today I've
upgraded our all our wikis to MediaWiki 1.16.5 and turned on some
caching features also on the Local Labs wikis.

If it's still slow, please come on IRC and we'll try to analyze the
problem together. We've got 1Gbit of bandwidth, so I would tend to
exclude a networking issue.
