Yeah,

He drops in from time to time, trys to start conversations with
people, sounding quite sincere, so he hooks people in to spending time
with him (I think he wants the attention), and then inexplicably, he
goes all troll.  I chatted with him and all of a sudden, he started
accusing me of saying nasty things about his mother, LOL, at first I
thought the Google translate was screwing up, and then I realized he
was just messing with me.

We should figure out who has ops on the channels, just so that we can
squelch nuisances like that when they occur.
