Dear mirror administrators,

issues reported by users prompted us to check the MIME type
(Content-Type) of the files on all of our mirrors. We discovered that
your servers are publishing incorrect types; this can cause problems
that are hard for users to understand and / or work around.

Sugar uses a number of custom MIME types. One of them
(application/vnd.olpc-sugar) has been registered with the IANA [1], but
for others we haven't filed applications yet. Currently in use are:

MIME type file extension
application/vnd.olpc-sugar .xo
application/vnd.olpc-content .xol
application/vnd.olpc-journal-entry	.xoj

We'd prefer a mechanism to automatically propagate additional MIME types
to your mirror (e.g. a file containing Apache AddType [2] directives),
but the above types are the most important ones right now.

Sascha
