I'm getting the last message on each push, BTW. I guess we need to wait
for upstream (gitorious) to fix it?

Fixed by running
duplicity cleanup --force "scp://sugarbackup@backup.sugarlabs.org/backup/`hostname`"
with the password from /etc/system-full-backup.conf.
