[Systems] PHP on sunjammer (was: [Systems-logs] unattended-upgrades result for 'sunjammer.sugarlabs.org')

Is this on purpose? Neither safe-upgrade nor dist-upgrade want to update
the PHP packages, but show 16 updates pending. Are we applying PHP
security updates manually?
