[Systems] CAcert certificate expiring

Our wildcard certificate issued by CAcert is about to expire:

  https://www.ssllabs.com/ssldb/analyze.html?d=www.sugarlabs.org

Based on the lack of support in all mainstream browsers and no visible
progress in many years, I would be tempted to transition away from
CAcert.

Instead, The StartSSL free certificates with SNI work very well. Let's
keep using those for all our sites, ok?
