[Systems] Upgrading PHP on Sunjammer

Hello Chris,

Ubuntu Karmic has recently gone end-of-life. To avoid being exposed to
expolits, we need to upgrade php on sunjammer to 5.3 as soon as
possible. What's the status of Drupal's migration to its own VM? Shall
we set a deadline by the end of 2011?

Additionally, Sunjammer will soon have to migrate to a different
location, which would offer a good opportunity for a major system
upgrade.
