I believe Fedora has some VoIP lines for their Fedora Talk [1]
provided by Arrival telecom [2] (US and UK I believe). I'm not sure
what the costs are and if they can provide the Voicemail to Email. Is
that the only service that Gizmo5 currently provides other than a land
line number? Or is there other things its used for?

If your interested I can investigate cost and features from the person
in Fedora that maintains the service.
