It is an NS record, not an A, AAAA or CNAME record.

It means that the zone dynamic.codewiz.org is being delegated to the
nameserver ns1.codewiz.org. This is needed because this zone is kept in
a separate zone file with a binary journal which gets updated by DDNS
using the attached script
