[Systems] Load on treehouse

Treehouse is still experiencing very high load:

Yesterday we found 5GB of used swap on treehouse, which is
really odd considering that the machine has 64GB of RAM
and not even half of them are used:

I've temporarily disabled swap to see if something improves
over the next few days.
