This machine hosts some 120 shell accounts for our developers, plus a
system-wide IRC proxy (bip) which connects to ipv6.chat.freenode.org
port 7070 for 7 users.

These numbers are likely to increase in the future. Please, allow a
minimum of 15 simultaneous connections.
