I enabled anacron, which offers some level of uncertainty, but it's not
truly an effective randomization method, at least on debianesque
systems.

The anacron version shipped by Fedora seems to be a fork with more
options for this purpose: START_HOURS_RANGE and RANDOM_DELAY.
