[Systems] IPv6 broken on build slaves (bender) again

Did that now, including an radvd restart (which seems to be required).
I neither tested (requires reboot of bender) nor like it, but it's
hopefully better than nothing (read: it should prevent the buildslaves
going doing for over a week because I'm busy with more important stuff).
