Ouch, the registration expired on Oct 06 2010 and a domain squatter
seems to have taken over (see the whois information below).

Didn't they send you any renewal notices before the expiration? See if
you can do something to get it back. Then, see if you can transfer the
domain to name.com or joker.com, which are really good registrars with a
decent admin interface.
